Want to lead a happier life? Try napping! Just don't snooze for longer than a half hour.
Researchers surveyed 1000 people about their napping habits: those who didn't nap at all, those who opted for short naps, and those who enjoyed long naps during the day. Two thirds of the group that took short naps (under 30 minutes) reported feeling happy.
But set that alarm: hour-long naps were linked to an 82% rise in heart disease.
