Knicks fans are not going to be happy about this.
Hated Knicks owner James Dolan said Friday that Charles Oakley has been banned indefinitely from Madison Square Garden, even if he buys a ticket.
Oakley, 53, was arrested and charged with three counts of assault following an altercation near Dolan at MSG on Wednesday night.
Whether he deserves it is one thing, but Oakley is one of the best popular players in Knicks history and fans love it. He is also a staple at their games. For an organization that is not on good terms with their fanbase, this is not going to go over well.
