POLL: The Winter Blues Are Messing With Your Sex Drive

Seasonal Affective Disorder (or SAD) AKA the winter blues affect millions of people during the gloomy winter months.

The lack of daylight hours can lead to feelings of depression and a lowered sex drive.

According to a new poll, "77% of people reported lower energy levels in winter, 36% were less likely to go to the gym and 29% felt their sex drive had dropped."
