Inventor of Red Solo Cup Dies at Age 84

Another icon lost in 2016: the inventor of the red Solo cup has died at the age of 83.

Robert Leo Hulseman began working at his father's Solo Cup company at the age of 18, worked up the corporate ladder and eventually became CEO. In the '70s, he invented the red plastic cup that is the staple of frat parties across America.
