The event will mark the anniversary of the singer's death, from April 20th to the 23rd, and the festivities “will honor and celebrate the life and legacy” of the music legend.
According to the event’s official page, there will be “live music, panel discussions and presentations on Prince’s tremendous talent, influence and importance as a composer, musician, producer, live performer and filmmaker.”
There will be guest performances from Prince's band The Revolution, Morris Day & the Time, and many more.
