There's already been talk about "Cubs babies"; i.e. the idea that there will be a baby boom 9 months after the Cubs' World Series win. But one woman, former Miss America Katie Stam-Irk got a jump on the trend, naming her newborn son Wrigley.
Katie, a longtime Cubs fan, placed a bet with her husband: if the Cubs won the series, their baby would be named Wrigley. If they didn't win, the boy would be named Oliver.
The baby was born on Halloween, and remained nameless until Game 7, when he was dubbed Wrigley.
