Sounds like Tim Tebow is very serious about baseball. So much so that he wouldn't give up his duties as a college football analyst on ESPN to pursue his new sport.
On Colin Cowherd's radio show, The Herd, he revealed that ten teams offered Tebow a contract, but the New York Mets are the one team that would let him continue to do some TV work, so he chose them.
Mets GM Sandy Alderson confirmed Thursday that Tim Tebow will miss a couple days per week during his Instructional League season in the minors in order to do TV on the SEC Network.
I'm sure his teammates will love that.
